You opt in to receive WhatsApp messages from Citu by:

• Sending us a message first on WhatsApp at +1 754 273 6099
• Joining our waitlist on citu.ai and confirming via WhatsApp
• Clicking a "Chat on WhatsApp" link on our website

Types of messages you may receive

• Educational content about investing concepts and financial literacy
• Replies to your questions and conversations
• Service notifications related to your interaction with Citu

We do NOT send:

• Unsolicited promotional messages
• Marketing from third parties
• Personalized financial or investment advice

How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages from Citu at any time by:

• Sending STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT via WhatsApp
• Blocking the Citu WhatsApp number
• Emailing info@citu.ai with subject "Opt out"

We will stop messaging you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Message frequency

Messages are sent only in response to your conversation. We do not send scheduled or recurring broadcasts unless you explicitly subscribe to a topic.
