Data Deletion
Citu is the conversational assistant operated by CAVEL INVESTMENT LLC over WhatsApp. If you have interacted with Citu, the personal data we store about you is your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the content of the messages exchanged, and the technical metadata associated with that conversation.
You may request the deletion of this data at any time, without needing to provide a reason.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@citu.ai with:
- Subject:
Data deletion - The WhatsApp number you used to interact with Citu (international format, e.g.
+1 555 0000000) - Explicit confirmation that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data
What we will delete
- Your phone number
- Your WhatsApp profile name
- The complete history of messages exchanged with Citu
- The metadata associated with that conversation (timestamps, internal identifiers)
Response time
We will confirm the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Data retained by legal obligation
In specific cases we may retain minimal information when a legal obligation requires it (for example, records related to fraud prevention or regulatory compliance). In such cases we will explicitly inform you which data is retained and for how long.
